The Managing Director, Dr N F Mphephu is an experienced professional in the following fields: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), SHERQ Management System, Mining Right Applicantions, Stakeholder Management, Social and Labour Plans.

 

Dr Mphephu is a registered Professional Scientist (Pr.Sci. Nat) and a member of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) and is also registered an Environmental Assessment Practitioner (Reg. EAP) with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa. He also has vast experience Environmental Impact Assessments, Sustainainability, Social and Labour plans, including implementation thereof, and overall mineral rights compliance.
